Bilateral tubal ectopic with intrauterine pregnancy (Heterotopic) in spontaneous conception: A case report of rare presentation

چکیده
Heterotopic pregnancy (HP) means simultaneous presence of intrauterine and extra uterine gestations. It’s a very rare condition having bilateral tubal Ectopic pregnancy. We had case young female 27 yrs. age with spontaneous conception severe andominal pain. Ultrasound suggestive unilateral Tubal ectopic ovarian cyst. performed laparoscopy found salpingectomy cystectomy. Early Diagnosis timely treatment can prevent fatal complications.
